The BRF6300 leverages TI's 90nm advanced CMOS process and DRP™ digital RF technology and also provides the foundation to realize Software Defined Radio (SDR). SI's analysis of the 90nm BRF6300 and the previous generation 130nm BRF6150, demonstrates that one of TI's critical success factors in shrinking its RF design across nodes is a reduction in the amount of analog circuitry.
